9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
